📦 Return Eligibility
All products sold are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only.
Because of this, returns are generally not accepted.
Exceptions may be made only if:
– You receive an incorrect item.
– Your order arrives damaged or defective.
🕒 Timeframe for Reporting Issues
If you believe your order qualifies for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within **7 days of receiving your package**. Requests made after this period cannot be considered.
✅ Approved Returns
If your claim is approved, we may provide:
– A replacement of the product (if available), or
– A refund issued back to your original payment method.
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
